We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Working closely with the supervisor or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
- Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, on behalf of the company's sales managers.
- Updating documents and sales records.
- Making sales
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets with team members.
- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in marketing or any related field from a recognized University
- 0 - 3 years proven experience in sales/marketing and customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Experience in real estate is a plus.
