We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Working closely with the supervisor or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
• Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Liaising with clients, vendors, on behalf of the company's sales managers.
• Updating documents and sales records.
• Making sales
• Reviewing sales performance against sales targets with team members.
• Observing and carrying out sales processes.
• Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
• Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Degree in marketing or any related field from a recognized University
• 0 - 3 years proven experience in sales/marketing and customer service
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
