Job Description:
- We are currently recruiting a customer service representative for a reputable company within the financial industry in Nigeria.
- The candidate must be well-grounded in customer service and in the use of CRM software/microsoft office tools.
Requirements:
- HND / BSc
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer service rep in a financial institution.
Remuneration
- Expected Salary: N150,000 to N200,000.00 monthly net
- Other Benefits: HMO and Pension.
