Job Description:
- The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to platform users, vendors, and clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, account issues, Refunds and service inquiries.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, Feedback and service requests.
- Support vendors and users on the marketplace platform.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support merchants and users on the digital platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
