Job Description:

• The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to platform users, vendors, and clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, account issues, Refunds and service inquiries.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, Feedback and service requests.
• Support vendors and users on the marketplace platform.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Support merchants and users on the digital platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
