Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Credit Service Officer & Sales Agent to lead our driver acquisition and fuel credit operations across assigned parks. In this high-mobility role, you will be the "boots on the ground," bridging the gap between transport stakeholders, filling stations, and our internal fintech platform.
Your mission is to scale our ecosystem by onboarding drivers and parks daily, processing fuel credit requests, and ensuring a seamless repayment cycle. Requirements:
1. Field Activation & Driver Onboarding
Daily Traction: Execute high-intensity daily field engagement to onboard new drivers, ensuring all documentation, verification, and system activations are completed.
Product Promotion: Actively sell fuel credit products and related digital services to drive adoption and maximize transaction volume.
Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new strategic parks and filling stations in alignment with company expansion standards.
2. Credit Lifecycle & Operational Monitoring
Credit Processing: Manage daily fuel credit requests and track repayments to maintain a healthy credit cycle.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales performance across your assigned territory, ensuring all growth targets are met or exceeded.
Site Inspections: Conduct daily visits to parks and fuel stations to verify service delivery and troubleshoot technical or operational bottlenecks.
3. Stakeholder Relations & Reporting
Ecosystem Diplomacy: Build and maintain professional, cordial relationships with Park Unions, Station Managers, and Driver Leadership.
Crisis Resolution: Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve field challenges and park-related issues promptly.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of field activities and transactions, providing weekly performance reports and recommendations to the Supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: Proven experience in Field Sales, Logistics, or Sales Activation, preferably within the transportation or fintech sectors.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in basic digital tools including WhatsApp, MS Excel, and mobile-based reporting applications.
Mobility: Must be comfortable with extensive daily fieldwork and high levels of physical mobility.
Core Competencies
Field Activation: Expertise in navigating "market-style" environments like transport parks to close deals.
Target-Oriented: A self-starter mindset focused on hitting daily and weekly acquisition numbers.
Interpersonal IQ: Strong ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, from union leaders to commercial drivers.
Problem-Solving: The ability to resolve field conflicts and technical issues on the fly.
