Job Description:

  • Execute strategies to complete sales targets and drive primary sales for tiles and other building materials.
  • Leverage excellent exposure to and relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria to secure new institutional business.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Nigerian building market products and key industry stakeholders.
  • Attend industry trade shows and proactively visit project sites to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Manage planning, reporting, and coordination activities seamlessly with the internal sales team.
  • Develop accurate sales reports and forecasting models based on collected market data.
  • Effectively understand and communicate complex product details and value propositions to high-level clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a Graduate Degree or HND.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Mandatory experience and strong knowledge of the Tiles and Building Materials sector.
  • Exceptional Negotiation & Persuasion skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for sales reporting and documentation.

Salary

N400,000 - 500,000
