We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the organization’s security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with established security policies, and supporting information security operations.
• The role requires strong attention to detail, technical awareness, and the ability to respond proactively to security incidents and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily CCTV surveillance reviews and prepare incident reports where necessary.

• Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and operational procedures.

• Perform daily searches of staff operating within the High-Security Zone (HSZ).

• Prepare and submit daily visitor lists to Administration and outsourced security personnel.

• Carry out routine inspections of the premises to ensure safety and compliance.

• Perform weekly backups of CCTV footage and Access Control Systems.

• Ensure time synchronization of all control room devices and systems.

• Coordinate and participate in quarterly emergency evacuation drills.

• Assist in training employees on internal security procedures and manuals.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of staff and visitor access card issuance.

• Ensure monthly testing of all security devices, including PIR sensors, beam detectors, smoke detectors, FM200 systems, and emergency alarms.

• Conduct periodic physical verification of IT assets in collaboration with the IT department and submit detailed reports.

• Ensure weekly antivirus updates are executed across all systems by IT.

• Confirm monthly backups of all active devices are completed by IT teams.

• Monitor and manage control room operations to ensure continuous system functionality.
