We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- The Contracts Lead II oversees the administration and performance of service contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, timely placement of purchase orders, and accurate contractor payments.
- The role supports supervisors in managing contractor relationships, resolving issues, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvement across contract operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract cycle, ensuring compliance with procurement and corporate control requirements.
- Create, amend, and track service requests and purchase orders in SAP.
- Liaise daily with contractors to address issues and ensure timely payment for services rendered.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, including POs, SOAs, and records of meetings.
- Monitor contracts spend, expiration dates, invoice status, and budget allocations.
- Support Accounts Payable with contract-related payment issues.
- Facilitate contractor performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies, OI 8.1, and reporting standards.
- Report contractor performance, compliance, and status in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with strong experience in contract administration or related roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (budget tracking, reporting, and analysis).
- Experience working with contractors in industrial or field settings.
- Strong understanding of safety management tools (JSA, Risk Assessment) and OI 8.1 systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High standard of safety, ethics, and compliance awareness.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in multicultural environments.
