Job Description:

• Content Development: Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms that align with the brand’s voice and engage the target audience.
• Research: Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance, while staying updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop content strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content and improve strategy.
• Social Media Management: Manage and oversee social media content, engage with audiences, and promote company initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities tailored to different audiences and content formats.
• Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic graphic design tools is an added advantage.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to increase content visibility and traffic.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to generate original content ideas and adapt to various formats, including written articles, videos, and podcasts.
• Communication Skills: Strong listening and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
