Job Description:

CodeBridge Hub is looking for a visionary Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our digital engine. We aren't just looking for someone to "post on social media"; we need a master storyteller who can bridge the gap between young talent and the global digital workforce.

In this role, you will be the voice of a brand dedicated to equipping the next generation of tech innovators. You will produce a high volume of quality content that educates, entertains, and—most importantly—converts. If you have 3–5 years of experience in scaling digital brands and possess the technical grit to analyze performance while maintaining creative flair, we want you to make Codebridge Hub a household name.

Requirements:

1. Content Architecture & Narrative Strategy

  • Cross-Platform Management: Develop and execute robust content calendars for the Codebridge Hub brand across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • Storytelling & Scripting: Write compelling scripts and create content that demystifies digital skills, making tech careers accessible to youth, parents, and professionals.
  • SEO-Driven Creation: Use SEO insights to guide your strategy, ensuring our content doesn't just look good but is also discoverable by our target audience.

2. Growth Marketing & Paid Media

  • Digital Campaigns: Plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including paid advertisements (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), influencer collaborations, and viral promotions.
  • Performance Optimization: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign health, providing data-backed insights to pivot strategies and improve ROI.

  • Visual Collaboration: Work closely with the Graphics Design team to ensure high-production-value assets that align with our brand's visual identity.

3. Brand Stewardship & Community Leadership

  • Brand Voice Governance: Maintain a consistent, authoritative yet relatable brand voice across all digital channels.

  • Trend Adaptation: Stay at the forefront of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools to keep Codebridge Hub ahead of the competition.

  • Strategic Reporting: Analyze audience behavior and prepare periodic reports that translate social metrics into business intelligence for the marketing team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BA/BSc/HND in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Strategist.

  • Location: Remote (Full-Time).

Core Competencies

  • Full-Stack Content Skills: Proficiency in content strategy, scripting, video production, and storytelling.

  • Technical IQ: Expert knowledge of social media analytics tools and digital advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Creative Writing: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.

  • Independence: Ability to thrive and deliver high-volume output in a fast-paced, remote environment.
