Job Description:

Uncle Stan’s Foods is seeking a high-caliber Construction Project Manager to spearhead the physical expansion of our brand. This is a fast-track role designed for a project leader who excels in the rapid delivery of high-standard retail spaces. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple QSR outlets—from site handover to the "grand opening." Your mission is to ensure that every kitchen, service counter, and dining area is a perfect reflection of Uncle Stan’s brand standards, delivered with surgical precision regarding timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

1. Fast-Track Project Execution

• Rollout Management: Manage a portfolio of simultaneous QSR new builds and refurbishments, moving projects rapidly from site handover to operational readiness.

• Schedule & Budget Governance: Architect and control rigorous project timelines and budgets, ensuring that "Time to Market" is minimized without cost overruns.

• Brand Consistency: Guarantee that every outlet is built to the exact approved layout and design specifications, ensuring the "Uncle Stan’s" experience is identical across all locations.

2. Technical Coordination & Workflow Optimization

• Trade Integration: Coordinate contractors, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and fit-out teams to deliver a space that supports high-speed QSR operations.

• Operational Alignment: Ensure all artisans and trades deliver a fully functional space optimized for kitchen workflow, customer service paths, and food safety requirements.

• Site Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections and progress meetings to resolve technical issues and enforce superior craftsmanship.

3. Compliance, Risk & Financial Control

• Regulatory Navigation: Manage all permits, inspections, and compliance with local building codes and fire safety regulations.

• Variation Management: Control costs by scrutinizing variations and change orders, ensuring all invoices are validated against actual site progress.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential site bottlenecks—such as supply chain delays or landlord issues—and implement immediate solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience

• Proven Tenure: Significant experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong preference for QSR, Retail, or Hospitality rollouts.

• Specialization: Deep understanding of interior fit-outs, refurbishments, and fast-track construction methodologies.

• Project Volume: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple similar projects simultaneously across different geographic locations.

Technical & Core Skills

• Blueprint Literacy: Advanced ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, MEP specifications, and legal contracts.

• Operational Logic: Solid knowledge of building services (HVAC, specialized kitchen plumbing, and gas systems).

• Leadership: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams of artisans and contractors.
