We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a results-driven Community Sales Manager to lead sales growth by engaging directly with local communities, expanding brand reach, and driving customer acquisition.
  • The ideal candidate has experience in community-based sales in industries such as renewable energy, FMCG, telecommunications, fintech, or microfinance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement & Sales Growth: Develop and implement grassroots sales strategies to penetrate local markets and drive product adoption.
  • Team Leadership & Agent Network Expansion: Recruit, train, and manage sales agents or distributors within the community to maximize sales.
  • Brand Awareness & Customer Education: Organize community events, activations, and campaigns to educate potential customers and increase brand visibility.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Partnership Development: Build relationships with local leaders, associations, and influencers to strengthen market penetration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community sales within renewable energy, FMCG, telecoms, fintech, or microfinance.
  • Strong networking and people skills with a deep understanding of grassroots sales.

Salary

N350,000 - N450,000 monthly.
