Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Commercial Lead Broker to anchor the transaction engine of our CW Commercial division in Ikoyi. In a specialized institutional landscape where urban momentum is dictated by the speed of the close and the precision of the asset valuation success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex brokerage with the clinical precision required for Office Building Disposals, Enterprise Acquisitions, and Strategic Real Estate Advisory. This role is designed for a "Deal Architect", specifically a high-performing professional with 5 to 8 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (mastering the VI, Ikoyi, and Lekki business corridors) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute Investment Analysis and Asset-Level Mandates.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Transaction Governance

• Sovereignty of the Deal: Lead negotiations and execution of commercial property sales and leasing with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Value."

• Mandate Architecture: Source and secure exclusive mandates from institutional owners and developers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for strategic brokerage growth.

• Integrity Stewardship: Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth execution, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic

• Enterprise Sovereignty: Develop relationships with corporate occupiers and multinational firms, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Advisory."

• Asset Architecture: Manage enterprise acquisition briefs and office headquarters searches, providing the "Functional Foundation" for corporate expansion.

• Intelligence Stewardship: Track trends in office demand and investment sales within Lagos CBD markets, maintaining the "Source of Market Foresight."

3. Operational Integrity & Portfolio Power

• Acquisition Sovereignty: Identify opportunities for office building sales and portfolio disposals, acting as the primary "Source of Asset-Level Growth."

• Promotion Architecture: Work with marketing and media teams to elevate commercial listings, providing the "Relational Foundation" for brand positioning.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–8 years of specialized brokerage expertise to accelerate the "Mandate-to-Close" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or Finance.

• Experience: 5 – 8 years of core experience in commercial real estate brokerage.

• Technical Power: Mastery of Commercial Valuation, Deal Structuring, and Investment Analysis.

• Spatial Intelligence: Deep knowledge of the Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Oniru, and Lekki business corridors.
