Job Description:

We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Coding Programmer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of software applications that drive our core business operations.

This is a hands-on position designed for a developer who values clean code over quick fixes. You will be expected to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring that our systems are not only functional but resilient and high-performing. Whether you are refactoring legacy code or building new modules from scratch, your work will be the foundation of our digital efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Software Architecture & Implementation

• Scalable Coding: Design and develop robust applications using approved frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django, .NET, or React), ensuring code is scalable, modular, and well-documented.

• Full-Cycle Development: Own the development process from initial logic design to final deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing company infrastructure.

• System Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in current applications and implement performance tuning to ensure 24/7 system stability.

2. Database Governance & Integration

• Schema Design: Develop and maintain efficient database structures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar RDBMS to ensure data integrity and fast query performance.

• API & Systems Integration: Work alongside system administrators to ensure that new software components integrate perfectly with third-party APIs and internal servers.

• Version Control: Maintain a rigorous development workflow using Git, ensuring all code changes are tracked, branched, and merged according to industry best practices.

3. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting

• Rigorous Testing: Conduct systematic unit and system testing to identify bugs before they reach the production environment.

• Rapid Remediation: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime for business-critical applications.

• Collaborative Translation: Interface with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BSc or HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.

• Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in professional software programming.

• Technical Stack: Proficiency in at least one core language: Python, Java, PHP, C#, or JavaScript.

• Databases: Strong command of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).

• Tools: Expert knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.
