Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Clinical Service Officer to join our team. This role is a strategic bridge between our medical products and the healthcare professionals (HCPs) who use them. You will play a pivotal role in the launch of new products, providing the clinical evidence and technical training necessary to ensure effective adoption.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a medical background who can translate complex clinical data into actionable insights for doctors, pharmacists, and lab scientists.

Requirements:

Product Launch & Clinical Support

  • Launch Execution: Support the strategic planning and execution of new product launches within the medical community.

  • Clinical Training: Provide in-depth clinical information and hands-on training to healthcare professionals regarding company products and their applications.

  • Presentations: Conduct high-impact clinical presentations and product demonstrations to medical boards, hospital staff, and professional associations.

Relationship Management & Field Intelligence

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other key healthcare providers.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze clinical feedback from the field to provide the product development team with insights for continuous improvement.

  • Professional Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a high standard of professional appearance and ethical conduct in all clinical settings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Sales & Marketing Synergy: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align clinical guidance with commercial strategies to drive product success.

  • Information Synthesis: Distill medical and clinical information into clear, understandable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Eligibility

  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Laboratory Science, Public Health, or a related health-science course.

  • NYSC: Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

  • Age: Not more than 28 years of age.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience: Relevant clinical or healthcare experience is a significant added advantage.

  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in computer applications (MS Office) for reporting and presentations.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical data clearly.
