Job Description:

• A health advisor acts as a guide navigating complex healthcare systems, offering personalized guidance on preventative care, and managing specific conditions for clients.
• They often serve as the first point of contact, triaging calls, providing reassurance, and directing patients to appropriate services while ensuring safety.

Key Responsibilities and Roles

• Patient Navigation & Support: Helping individuals understand their health needs, treatment options, and navigating the broader healthcare system.
• Clinical Triage & Advice: Using systems like the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) to assess patient needs over the phone and providing appropriate care advice.
• Preventative Education: Teaching patients and community members about healthy habits, disease prevention, and managing chronic conditions.
• Specialized Roles:
• Public Health Advisors: Work on eradicating diseases, researching health threats, and promoting public safety.
• Medical Advisors (Corporate): Manage workplace risks, reduce insurance costs, and provide health consultancy for organizations.
• Emergency Advisors: Act as the first point of contact for urgent care, providing swift, professional phone advice

Requirements:
