Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Client Support Representative to anchor the success engine of Tax Tech in Victoria Island. In a specialized financial technology landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the resolution and the precision of the tax data success is defined by "Client Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex technical inquiries with the clinical precision required for Software Troubleshooting, Product Onboarding, and Lifecycle Management. This role is designed for a "Success Architect", specifically a professional with at least 2 years of Tech/SaaS experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (troubleshooting app issues and guiding product usage) with the "Operational Agility" required to maintain a "Source of Truth" within Zoho or HubSpot CRM environments.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Technical Governance

  • Inquiry Sovereignty: Resolve technical inquiries across multiple channels with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Truth."

  • Troubleshooting Architecture: Identify and resolve software/app-specific issues, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a friction-free user experience.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain precise CRM records (Zoho/HubSpot), ensuring the "Source of Client History" is elite, uncompromised, and actionable.

2. Tactical Resilience & Onboarding Logic

  • Onboarding Sovereignty: Guide new customers through product setup and usage, acting as the primary "Source of Value Realization."

  • Collaboration Architecture: Partner with internal tech and engineering teams on complex bugs, providing the "Functional Foundation" for rapid product iterations.

  • Support Stewardship: Proactively manage the helpdesk queue, maintaining the "Source of Operational Responsiveness."

3. Operational Integrity & Success Power

  • Hybrid Sovereignty: Successfully navigate the hybrid work model from Victoria Island, acting as the primary "Source of Self-Directed Productivity."
