Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (Road & Drainage) to lead and manage road and drainage construction projects. You will oversee project planning, execution, and supervision while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan road, drainage, water collector, and culvert works.
• Manage planning, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure in line with safety and environmental standards.
• Supervise site teams, contractors, and project execution from drawings to completion.
• Prepare and review BOQs, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget while maintaining structural integrity.
• Liaise with architects, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in road and drainage construction.
• Proven track record in managing successful construction projects.
• Strong technical and project management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
