We are seeking a high-velocity and culturally elite Chinese/Mandarin Translator to anchor the communication engine of our Benin City operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where operational momentum is dictated by the speed of cross-cultural understanding success is defined by "Linguistic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize Mandarin and English with the clinical precision required for Technical Interpretation, Document Translation, and Conflict Mediation. This role is designed for a "Communication Architect" who is willing to reside onsite and can blend "Verbal Grit" (interpreting during site activities and meetings) with the "Strategic Agility" required to bridge cultural gaps between expatriates and local staff.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Interpretation Governance

• Interpretation Sovereignty: Provide real-time, accurate interpretation during meetings and site activities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Verbal Clarity."

• Technical Architecture: Translate complex documents, reports, and technical materials, providing the "Structural Foundation" for cross-border engineering or operational success.

2. Tactical Resilience & Cultural Logic

• Mediation Sovereignty: Facilitate smooth communication between Chinese expatriates and local staff, acting as the primary "Source of Cultural Harmony."

• Operational Architecture: Support administrative teams with language-related tasks and operational briefings, providing the "Functional Foundation" for daily site objectives.

• Gap Stewardship: Identify and bridge cultural communication gaps before they impact productivity, maintaining the "Source of Workplace Cohesion."

3. Operational Integrity & Onsite Power

• Residency Sovereignty: Commit to onsite living in Benin City, acting as the primary "Source of Immediate Linguistic Support."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Fluency: Proven, elite-level fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English (Spoken and Written).

• Experience: Prior experience as a Translator or Interpreter is highly preferred.

• Residency: Absolute willingness to reside onsite in company-provided accommodation in Benin City.
