We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We’re seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Chief Operations Officer to lead enterprise operations, cybersecurity oversight, and shared services functions.
• This role ensures operational excellence, innovation, and cross-functional coordination while upholding compliance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Oversee cybersecurity teams (SOC, Red/Blue teams, Incident Response, etc.) and ensure service quality and compliance
• Drive process optimization, automation, and cross-department collaboration
• Enhance client experience and align operations with business development goals
• Lead change management, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, business continuity, and risk management
• Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and service line profitability
• Set performance goals (OKRs/KPIs), lead reviews, and mentor senior leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field; MBA required
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
• 15+ years in operations/cybersecurity/technical functions, with 8+ years in senior leadership
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
• Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and scaling operations
