Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and implement forward-thinking strategies to build robust talent pipelines that meet our future scaling requirements.
Organizational Culture & Inclusion: Champion an inclusive workplace culture; ensure that all hiring, onboarding, and management procedures are equitable and effective for a diverse, multi-location workforce.
Career & Development Leadership: Formulate comprehensive career development paths and evaluate training programs to foster continuous growth and high performance.
Employer Branding: Lead the development and execution of our employer brand strategy to position us as a premier employer in our industry.
Policy & Governance: Develop and standardize HR policies across all branches and regions; ensure total alignment with labor legislation and our core mission.
Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise HR Directors and high-level personnel, providing the guidance necessary to maintain operational excellence across the HR function.
Data-Driven Optimization: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of HR tools and procedures, utilizing insights to drive continuous improvement and organizational agility.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven, successful experience as a CHRO, VP of HR, or in a similar executive leadership role.
