Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR & Workforce Support Officer to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help build our people infrastructure from the ground up, balancing internal operations with high-quality HR service delivery for our clients. Requirements:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines and oversee the onboarding/orientation process.

• HR Infrastructure: Develop and implement core HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and administrative systems. Maintain meticulous personnel records and oversee workforce reporting.

• Workforce & Client Service: Support the coordination of client staffing engagements and assist in delivering our HR retainership services. Track performance metrics and drive employee engagement initiatives.

• Operational Excellence: Continuously refine our HR service delivery processes. Play a hands-on role in ensuring that our people systems are scalable, compliant, and efficient.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • Note: Professional HR certification (CIPM or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a distinct advantage.
