Job Description:

  • The CFO will lead all financial strategy, planning, reporting, and treasury operations.
  • This role is critical to sustaining the financial health of the organisation and supporting the board and MD with sound financial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Manage investor relations, capital allocation, and fundraising activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Lead treasury, taxation, and asset-liability management functions.
  • Provide financial insights and risk analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Maintain relationships with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions

Requirements:

  • First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Must hold a professional qualification: ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within financial services.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, IFRS, and regulatory reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in fund management, treasury operations, or investment banking.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
