We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Channel Accounting Executive to anchor the financial control and transactional nerve center of our retail/shop network. In a high-pressure FMCG/Telecoms landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the Electronic Recharge (ERC) lifecycle and the precision of the reconciliation-filter success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex daily transactional throughput with the clinical precision required for Group Reporting, GL Integrity, and Shop-Control Compliance. This role is designed for a "Fiscal Architect" specifically a qualified professional (ICAN mandatory) with 3+ years of FMCG/Telecoms experience—who can blend "Accounting Grit" (mastering 3-way reconciliations) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Speed Shop-Closure Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Reporting Governance
Sovereignty of the Ledger: Ensure monthly Group closure reporting is done without error in strict alignment with SLA calendars, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Throughput."
Journal Architecture: Orchestrate accurate and timely month-end journal preparation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for precise financial statements.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% reconciliation of showroom deal code accounts, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Economic Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Velocity
ERC/MDSA Sovereignty: Execute high-velocity tasks, including ERC purse clearance (within 2 hours) and MDSA stock recycling (within 1 hour), acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Speed."
Reconciliation Architecture: Execute daily 3-way reconciliations (Showroom invoice vs. Receipt vs. Bank) and ERC pretup billing system (SnD) reconciliation, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cash/inventory integrity.
Cash Stewardship: Guarantee prompt cheque lodgment and value realization, maintaining the "Source of Liquidity Control."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Hygiene Sovereignty: Enforce bi-weekly reconciliation of SnD sales to GL and daily reconciliation of activation to sales, acting as the primary "Source of GL Integrity."
Data Architecture: Translate complex financial data into usable business intelligence, providing the "Relational Foundation" for management decision-making.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Excel/Analytical expertise to accelerate the "Reconciliation-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Channel Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: First degree in a related field; Professional qualification (ICAN) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG or Telecoms.
Technical Power: In-depth knowledge of the telecoms industry; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting systems.
Aptitude: High-level strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to maintain "ownership" of financial results in a high-pressure environment.
