Data Stewardship: Maintain meticulously accurate digital records of all customer interactions and provider engagements to ensure a seamless audit trail.
Issue Resolution: Resolve complex enrollees' issues by collaborating with internal medical and finance teams to ensure prompt service delivery.
3. Provider Management & Network Synergy
Provider Liaison: Collaborate with the Providers Management team to coordinate with hospitals and clinics, ensuring that service delivery for IHMS enrollees remains frictionless.
Network Advocacy: Maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers to facilitate quick authorizations and resolve disputes over medical services.
