Job Description:
- Manage daily bakery operations and workflow
- Drive sales growth and improve overall business performance
- Oversee production planning and inventory management
- Manage vendors and supplier relationships
- Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction
- Track expenses, control costs, and support profitability goals
- Implement operational improvements and basic reporting systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business management, operations, or retail/food services
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic financial and operational planning skills
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Residence within IDU, Karimo, Citec, or Life Camp axis (mandatory)
