Job Description:

• The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will drive company growth through strategic partnerships, vendor recruitment, and market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Recruit merchants, vendors, and service providers to join the marketplace.
• Develop market expansion strategies both locally and internationally.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial contracts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Recruit vendors and merchants to the CRAVINGS “N” CRUISE platform.
• Develop market expansion strategies locally and internationally.
• Negotiate business agreements and partnership contracts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
