Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support marketing and lead generation initiatives
- Represent the organization in meetings, site visits, and business engagements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Commercial Bank or Finance Company
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience managing corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals
- Good communication, analytical, and ICT skills.
