Job Description:

  • The Business Development Officer will drive customer acquisition, partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion for the Pay for Power product.
  • The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, developing strategic partnerships, managing sales pipelines, and promoting Turbo Energy’s innovative energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong sales, negotiation, relationship management, and market development skills with experience in the energy, utility, telecom, fintech, or infrastructure sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Pay for Power solution.
  • Generate and convert leads into active customers and business partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and market penetration plans.
  • Build strong relationships with distribution companies (DisCos), estate developers, commercial clients, SMEs, and government agencies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and business development reports.
  • Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and stakeholder engagements to promote the Pay for Power product.
  • Monitor market trends within the energy and clean infrastructure sectors.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Support customer retention initiatives and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
