Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and motivated Business Development Intern to join our growing recruitment team in Lagos. This role is a prime entry point for an aspiring professional looking to master the art of sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. You will be at the forefront of our growth, assisting in the identification of new market opportunities and initiating the first point of contact with potential corporate clients.

Requirements:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential corporate clients and businesses that require recruitment services.

  • Multichannel Outreach: Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, professional referrals, and direct cold outreach.

  • Initial Engagement: Professionally present our recruitment services to prospects, highlighting our value proposition and unique selling points.

Sales Support & Relationship Building

  • Acquisition Pipeline: Assist senior team members in the client onboarding and follow-up processes to ensure a seamless transition from lead to client.

  • Partnership Development: Help cultivate long-term business relationships and strategic partnerships with HR managers and business owners.

  • Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of all outreach activities and lead status updates within our tracking system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Interests: A genuine passion for sales, marketing, business development, or the recruitment industry.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be confident and professional in diverse business conversations.

  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with LinkedIn for lead sourcing and social media for professional outreach is highly advantageous.
