We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and B2G sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Build, manage, and sustain strong client, partner, and government agency relationships
Develop and execute business development and growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration
Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements to maximize value for both the company and its clients
Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to track industry trends and uncover emerging opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and key stakeholders
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to overall company growth and profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a related leadership role.
- Experience in managing B2B, B2C, and B2G partnerships and projects.
- Strong understanding of market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to network effectively.
- Expertise in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and drive results.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and delivering them to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work across departments and deliver client solutions.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
