We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and B2G sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

  • Build, manage, and sustain strong client, partner, and government agency relationships

  • Develop and execute business development and growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration

  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements to maximize value for both the company and its clients

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to track industry trends and uncover emerging opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and key stakeholders

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to overall company growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a related leadership role.
  • Experience in managing B2B, B2C, and B2G partnerships and projects.
  • Strong understanding of market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to network effectively.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and delivering them to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work across departments and deliver client solutions.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
