We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Drive growth, partnerships, and funding opportunities to support the Foundation’s healthcare and social impact goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies

• Identify funding, partnership, and revenue opportunities (local & international)

• Lead proposals, concept notes, and pitch presentations

• Manage relationships with donors, partners, corporates, and government bodies

• Negotiate and close strategic opportunities

• Track funding trends and donor priorities

• Align initiatives with internal program teams

• Monitor and report business development performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)

• Minimum of 6 years progressive experience in business development, fundraising, partnerships, or growth roles

• Broad multi-sector experience, preferably within NGOs, healthcare, development, or social enterprises

• Proven track record of secured funding, partnerships, or revenue growth

• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development abilities

• High level of professionalism, leadership, and results orientation
