Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth agenda. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our market expansion, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building high-level strategic partnerships, and scaling our client base within the HR and Compliance consulting sectors.
This position is designed for a commercially minded leader who understands that growth in the consulting world requires a blend of Strategic Intelligence and Relentless Execution. You will not just manage a pipeline; you will refine our value proposition, mentor a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth for our premium service offerings. If you have a track record of turning complex consulting solutions into closed deals, we want you to lead our expansion.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Market Expansion & Strategy
Growth Roadmapping: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to acquire high-value clients while deepening relationships with existing ones.
Intelligence Gathering: Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to guide our positioning, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
Diversification: Support senior leadership in identifying untapped markets and new service opportunities to diversify and future-proof our revenue streams.
2. High-Value Client Engagement & Sales Lifecycle
Full-Cycle Command: Drive end-to-end engagement—from cold prospecting and high-stakes pitching to negotiation, deal closure, and successful onboarding.
Tailored Value Propositions: Partner with technical teams to develop bespoke proposals and pitches that solve specific client pain points in HR and compliance.
Brand Visibility: Represent the company at elite industry events and networking forums to strengthen our market positioning and lead generation.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Analytics
Mentorship & Drive: Manage and motivate the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance to consistently exceed set targets.
Data-Driven Management: Track and analyze conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and market insights to inform executive decision-making.
Relationship Management: Ensure a seamless transition from sales to account management, fostering long-term client loyalty and recurring revenue.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or growth strategy.
Industry IQ: Experience in the Consulting, Branding, or Marketing industries is highly desirable.
Execution Power: A proven track record of exceeding aggressive revenue targets and building multi-year partnerships.
