Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and courier sector.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking forums within the region.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of the local markets in Ikorodu, Gbagada, and Ilorin.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the logistics or transport industry.
