We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• As a Business Development Officer, you'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive growth for our HR consulting services.
• You'll work remotely, leveraging your network and expertise to bring in business. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-to-large sized companies 
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth 
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients 
• Collaborate with our team to deliver pitches and proposals 
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in HR consulting or a related field 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 
• Strong network in the HR/tech industry 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline.
