Job Description:

1. Solution Design & Requirement Engineering

• Technical Solutioning: Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) by developing robust technical designs and detailed Bills of Materials (BOQ/BOM).

• Requirement Elicitation: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract, analyze, and document core business objectives.

• Product Innovation: Synthesize market insights to define the future of our product lines, recommending new services in Network, Storage, Cloud, and Security.

2. Business Process Optimization

• Workflow Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies, proposing automated or optimized solutions to enhance productivity.

• Functional Specifications: Create detailed documentation, including use cases and system design specifications, to serve as a roadmap for implementation teams.

• Gap Analysis: Identify the "delta" between current state and desired future state, ensuring technology investments align with business ROI.

3. Stakeholder Management & Commercial Support

• Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the technical and commercial value of offered solutions to internal account managers and external clients.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive collaboration between Business Development, Operations, and Management to deliver both standard and bespoke product solutions.

• Relationship Stewardship: Maintain long-term customer relationships by serving as a trusted technical advisor.

Requirements:

• Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid understanding of Systems Administration (Virtualization, Containerization, Cloud Architecture) and Network Design (IP Networks, Firewalls, Wireless).

• Environment Mastery: Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and automation software.

• Documentation: Expert ability to prepare functional and system design specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Technology or Business-related discipline.

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience within an IT Service Provider or technical consultancy.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and managing complex product lines.

• Certifications: Professional credentials in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA), Engineering Design, or Product Sales (OEM certifications) are highly desirable.

• Analytical Prowess: Superior problem-solving skills with a focus on commercial feasibility.

• Agility: Ability to work under pressure and pivot between different technology stacks and business models.

• Influence: Capable of driving cross-functional teams toward a common goal without formal authority.
