Requirements:
1. Operational Excellence & Maintenance Leadership
Departmental Synergy: Support the smooth running of the Property Maintenance department, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to five-star standards.
Proactive Comfort: Anticipate guest needs by identifying and fixing issues before they impact the guest journey. Deliver timely and positive responses to all maintenance enquiries.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property adheres to all local building codes, fire safety regulations, and Radisson’s global engineering standards.
2. Strategic Asset Management
Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Execute an effective PPM programme that addresses structural maintenance while prioritizing environmental conservation and energy efficiency.
Fiscal Responsibility: Manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory while ensuring peak productivity and performance levels.
Project Oversight: Deliver on property maintenance initiatives and hotel targets, managing small-scale renovations or technical upgrades with minimal guest disruption.
3. Team Development & Stakeholder Relations
Culture of Growth: Manage and mentor the maintenance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning, professional development, and high performance.
Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Housekeeping, Front Office, and external contractors.
Problem Solving: Use a hands-on approach to find creative solutions to complex engineering challenges, offering expert advice to hotel leadership.

Experience: Proven experience in property maintenance, ideally within a high-volume hospitality or commercial environment.
Managerial Style: Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, "Lead-by-Example" work style.
Technical IQ: Strong problem-solving capabilities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
