Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Mshel Homes’ mission and long-term goals.
- Conduct brand audits to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Define and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, and value propositions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, emerging trends, and competitive landscape in the real estate market.
- Analyze insights to inform branding decisions and guide marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling brand messages and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content for digital and offline platforms.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Ensure creative brand messaging that keeps the company and its products top of the mind and significantly drives the overall sales of the organization.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all designs, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity.
- Monitor the use of brand assets across departments.
- Develop brand-led campaigns to promote company projects, property launches, and corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and media teams to drive effective outreach and engagement.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and partner agencies to ensure brand strategy alignment.
- Provide brand direction and support to the sales, customer service, and PR teams.
- Track brand health metrics, customer perception, and engagement data.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Recommend adjustments based on data and performance trends.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
