Job Description:

• This role requires a proactive Brand Project Coordinator to manage the execution of branding and marketing projects.
• You’ll act as the link between internal teams and clients, ensuring timelines are met, deliverables are clear, and projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of brand and marketing projects
• Manage timelines and task lists.
• Serve as the point of contact between internal teams and clients
• Track progress and escalate risks or blockers early
• Maintain project documentation and ensure files are well-organized
• Support campaign execution with clear briefs and status updates.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years experience in project coordination, preferably within a digital agency or creative environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and creative processes is a plus
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
