We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Branch Manager and Relationship Manager at Fidelity Bank PLC.
- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing branch staff, and achieving branch targets.
- The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, providing financial solutions to clients, and ensuring the growth of the client portfolio.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing branch operations and leading a team
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge of providing financial solutions and client portfolio management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in commercial banking or financial services is a plus.
