Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Branch Logistics Officer to anchor the operational engine of our expanding healthcare network. In the specialized landscape of pharmaceutical and FMCG distribution, success is defined by "Distribution Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize real-time inventory levels with the clinical precision required for Stock Reconciliation, ERP Integrity, and Multi-Branch Coordination. This role is designed for an "Inventory Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (tracking variances and managing spreadsheets) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute seamless product transfers between Ikoyi and our branch network.
Requirements:
1. Inventory Orchestration & System Governance
Stock Sovereignty: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all branch offices with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Real-Time Accuracy."
System Architecture: Update and manage the ERP system with high-fidelity data, providing the "Structural Foundation" for transparent inventory tracking and reporting.
Audit Stewardship: Support rigorous stock reconciliation by comparing ERP data with physical branch reports, ensuring the "Source of Financial Integrity" is uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Distribution Logic
Transfer Sovereignty: Coordinate product distribution and promotional stock transfers between head office and branches, acting as the primary "Source of Seamless Logistics."
Documentation Architecture: Ensure all stock movements are backed by clinical documentation and organizing logistics records, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for audit readiness.
Response Stewardship: Follow up on delivery confirmations and pending adjustments with urgency, maintaining the "Source of Operational Velocity."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Communication Sovereignty: Act as the central node for branch updates and logistics queries, acting as the primary "Source of Inter-Departmental Harmony."
Analytical Architecture: Utilize Excel for advanced data sorting and inventory tracking, providing the "Visual Foundation" for variance escalation and management reporting.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–2 years of supply chain expertise to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure, maximizing the "Source of Branch Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 1–2 years in Logistics, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations (Healthcare/FMCG/Retail experience is an advantage).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or Operations Management.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas/sorting) and experience with ERP Systems.
Location Scope: Must be available for interviews and a two-week training in Ikoyi, Lagos.
