Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Banking Sales Executives to anchor the growth engine of our client’s financial operations across Nigeria. In a competitive nationwide landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the onboarding and the precision of the product match success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive marketing with the clinical precision required for Digital Service Adoption, Loan Portfolio Growth, and Account Mobilization. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect", specifically a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying and onboarding new customers) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Cross-Selling and Upselling based on nuanced customer needs.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance
Sovereignty of the Market: Drive sales of accounts, loans, and digital services with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Business Expansion."
Onboarding Architecture: Identify and onboard new customers through proactive networking, providing the "Structural Foundation" for nationwide liquidity.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance during customer documentation, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic
Relational Sovereignty: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary "Source of Long-term Retention."
Conversion Architecture: Cross-sell and upsell financial products based on customer diagnostics, providing the "Functional Foundation" for wallet-share maximization.
Performance Stewardship: Provide high-fidelity reports on sales activities and performance, maintaining the "Source of Operational Intelligence."
3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power
Brand Sovereignty: Represent the bank professionally across all interactions, acting as the primary "Source of Corporate Identity."

Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 1 – 3 years of proven experience in banking or financial services sales.
Technical Power: Strong knowledge of modern Banking Products, Digital Services, and sales methodologies.
Location: Nationwide (Across all 36 States of Nigeria and the FCT).
