Job Description:
1. Alumni Impact Tracking & Data Intelligence
Centralized Data Management: Maintain a dynamic, Pan-African database of alumni profiles, business metrics, and engagement history.
Economic Impact Monitoring: Track critical KPIs including revenue growth, job creation, and follow-on funding to determine "investor readiness" for our alumni ventures.
Strategic Reporting: Utilize data to identify high-potential startups for targeted capacity-building and specialized support.
2. Mentorship Program Excellence
Global Talent Sourcing: Execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality mentors (C-suite professionals, industry experts, and serial entrepreneurs) globally.
Vetting & Alignment: Screen applications to ensure mentors align with TEF’s values and possess the expertise needed to guide African SMEs.
Matchmaking & Quality: Facilitate and monitor mentor-mentee relationships to ensure high-impact interactions and professional growth.
3. Network Engagement & Regional Integration
Hub Lead Coordination: Manage relationships with Hub Leads across African countries and Nigerian states, providing oversight for local elections and regional meetups.
Storytelling & Recognition: Identify "success story" alumni for feature in brand campaigns and newsletters, fostering a sense of pride and community.
Event Execution: Plan and host high-impact masterclasses, investor-readiness workshops, and regional networking events (both virtual and physical).
Requirements:
Pan-African Perspective: Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across diverse cultures and regions.
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in tracking and interpreting complex data sets related to social impact and business growth.
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with global mentors and grassroots Hub Leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Development Studies; a Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
Experience: 4–7 years in programme management, alumni relations, or mentorship coordination.
Sector Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the African entrepreneurial ecosystem and SME development challenges.
Technical Savvy: Experience managing large-scale networks or digital mentorship platforms.
