Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite AI Automation Trainer to anchor the educational engine of our automation program. In a specialized EdTech landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the technical-relay and the precision of the knowledge-filter success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex AI toolsets with the clinical precision required for Workflow Automation, Project Coaching, and Content Architecture. This role is designed for a "Knowledge Architect" who can blend "Technical Grit" (troubleshooting AI tools and building real-world projects) with the "Pedagogical Agility" required to execute High-Impact Training and Actionable Feedback.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Pedagogical Governance

• Sovereignty of the Session: Deliver high-fidelity AI Automation training sessions, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Enlightenment."

• Instructional Architecture: Create and refine training materials and content, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a world-class learner experience.

• Integrity Stewardship: Review assignments and provide clinical, actionable feedback, ensuring the "Source of Learner Competence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Workflow Logic

• Project Sovereignty: Guide learners in building real-world automation projects, acting as the primary "Source of Practical Application."

• Troubleshooting Architecture: Identify and resolve technical faults in AI tools and workflows, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted learning.

• Coaching Stewardship: Provide continuous support and mentorship throughout the program, maintaining the "Source of Learner Retention."

3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power

• EdTech Sovereignty: Utilize specialized knowledge of the EdTech environment to optimize learning outcomes, acting as the primary "Source of Educational Innovation."

• Communication Architecture: Translate complex AI concepts into accessible, high-impact modules, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cross-functional knowledge transfer.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BSc/HND in a relevant technical field.

• Experience: Proven experience in AI Automation; experience in an EdTech environment is an added advantage.

• Technical Power: Strong, functional knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and digital workflows.

• Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive coaching mindset.
