Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to management and academic teams
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone communications
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling meetings, classes, and operational activities
- Support student records, registrations, and general office duties
- Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory management
- Assist in coordinating staff activities and internal communications
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficiency
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience working in an educational or training institution
- Familiarity with digital tools and office management systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Technology & Management, Public Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1–2 years administrative or operations experience (preferred)
