Job Description:
- Effective office admin, facility, and fleet management.
Responsibilities
- Procurement, maintenance, and repair of company equipment.
- Ensues utilities and settle bills accurately and promptly after due signoffs
- Work within established administrative procedures for requisition processing, verification of incoming and outgoing supply items and maintaining adequate levels of office supplies and equipment stock
- Vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Effective management of the front office.
- Administration and document control
- Pool cars management and allocation.
- Assist with insurance policy renewal
- Writes minutes of meetings and memos
- Other official duties assigned from time to time
- Manages office consumables
- Keep record of consumables and monitor usage of same
- Ensure that office consumables are replaced promptly
- Ensure that quality products are brought at reasonable prices
- Requests for brochures from partners when necessary and update of brochures record
Requirements:
- A good university Degree
- Minimum of 3years’ experience, preferably in a client relation & admin function.
- Creativity & Innovation
- Integrity
- PC Skills
- Negotiation skills.
