Job Description:
- The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative operations within the agro-allied company to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- The role includes managing office administration, facility operations, logistics coordination, staff welfare, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and supporting operational efficiency across farm, warehouse, production, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations across office, warehouse, and production facilities.
- Ensure proper management of company facilities, utilities, office equipment, and administrative assets.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, accommodation, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Manage procurement and distribution of office supplies, consumables, and administrative materials.
- Maintain accurate company records, documentation, contracts, and filing systems.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Support operational departments including production, warehouse, procurement, and farm operations with administrative services.
- Monitor administrative budgets and control operational costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and agro-industry standards.
- Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles, offices, staff accommodation, and facilities.
- Oversee security, cleaning, and general facility management services.
- Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, audits, and company events.
- Support HR activities including onboarding, staff welfare, attendance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare administrative reports and submit updates to management regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years experience in administration, preferably within the agro-allied, manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of administrative operations in industrial or agricultural environments.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple operations and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance is an added advantage.
