We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Administrative Manager will oversee and coordinate all administrative operations across the organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective support for management and staff.
  • The ideal candidate must possess in-depth experience in administrative management, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
  • Manage office logistics, facility maintenance, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and management to ensure alignment of activities and priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all administrative functions.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulations, and best practices in administrative operations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Support HR and finance teams in documentation, staff welfare, and administrative budgeting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative management or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in office administration, organizational management, and policy implementation.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
