Job Description:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily administrative operations and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.

  • Corporate Correspondence: Manage official emails, internal memos, and stakeholder communications.

  • HR Support: Assist with Human Resource administration, including staff records, leave tracking, and employee onboarding.

  • Reporting & Data: Perform accurate data entry and prepare professional reports and presentations for management.

  • Logistics & Coordination: Organize meetings, manage executive calendars, and handle travel arrangements.

  • Supply Chain & Vendors: Manage office inventory, supplies, and maintain positive vendor relationships.

  • Compliance: Ensure office adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

  • Basic Accounting: Provide documentation support for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.

Location Requirement

Note: Candidates must reside in Ota, Ogun State, or the immediate surrounding environments to be considered for this role.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar corporate role.

  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential company information with integrity.

Salary

₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
