Job Description:
We are seeking a high-precision and multidisciplinary Admin & Accounts Officer to anchor our core business operations. In a high-growth environment, success is defined by "Administrative Fluidity", the ability to harmonize rigorous financial record-keeping with the proactive coordination of staff and clients. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Financial Rigor" with the "Stakeholder Diplomacy" required to manage client payment cycles and digital customer engagement.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Fiscal Accuracy and Operational Resilience." You will be the primary engine of the office: responsible for managing daily reports, overseeing task completion across the team, and ensuring the "Accounts Receivable" pipeline remains robust. If you possess "Strong Organizational Grit," a mastery of Microsoft Excel, and the "Commercial Mindset" to support online customer acquisition, we want you to drive our operational sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Financial Stewardship & Revenue Assurance
Receivables Management: Proactively follow up with clients on payments and inquiries to ensure consistent cash flow and service delivery updates.
Fiscal Documentation: Assist in maintaining high-fidelity financial and operational records, ensuring every transaction is captured with millimetric accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of basic financial reports to provide management with a clear view of the company’s economic health.
2. Operational Governance & Admin Leadership
Office Architecture: Manage the day-to-day administrative processes and office operations to ensure a "Zero-Friction" working environment.
Staff Orchestration: Coordinate team activities and monitor task completion, acting as the central hub for operational accountability.
Data Integrity: Manage daily operational reports, ensuring that data is organized, accessible, and actionable for decision-makers.
3. Customer Engagement & Market Penetration
Relationship Diplomacy: Maintain a professional and responsive interface with clients, ensuring their service needs are met with high velocity.
Digital Outreach: Support customer engagement efforts and assist in bringing in new clients through online platforms to drive business growth.
Brand Advocacy: Ensure that every administrative interaction reflects the company's commitment to quality and excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of robust experience in an administrative or accounts-related role.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is essential) and a solid grasp of basic accounting principles.
