Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Hotel Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our hospitality operations. In a specialized service landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the occupancy rate and the precision of the food and beverage margin success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily transactions (Rooms, F&B, Banquets) with the clinical precision required for Front Office/POS Reconciliation, Variance Analysis, and Statutory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" who can blend "Audit Grit" (verifying daily revenue reports) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage cash flow and provide high-level insights for management decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Revenue Governance

• Revenue Sovereignty: Audit daily revenue reports and reconcile with Front Office and POS systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Truth."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and management accounts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for real-time profitability tracking.

• Integrity Stewardship: Monitor room revenue, occupancy reports, and rate accuracy, ensuring the "Source of Yield Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Expense Logic
